Don't like the gym or the crowds? No problem! I will make the trip to your gym, home or park of choice. All sessions will need to be scheduled ahead of time.

Want to work out with only friends or family? This package includes only selected clients of your choice to join you for an hour on working to become a healthier version of you. It's $30 per person and nothing better than having friends and family to join you for support.

If you miss your first scheduled complimentary appointment session you will not be rescheduled for any future appointments.
If you notify me you can’t make it you will be rescheduled but will need to pay $25 for my time before rescheduling. Sorry for inconvenience but it’s business.
